About the Job
As a remote beauty advisor for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and chat. You will respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide general support. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to deliver a world-class customer experience that exceeds our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrate high standards for quality service and ensure that all client interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism
- Keep up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge and assess industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Work in tandem with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Maintain an open communication line with team leads, quality advocates, trainers, and managers for support and personal development
- Maintain business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism when dealing with all client contacts
- Enter information accurately and fully document all client interactions in our proprietary call center database (CSC)
- Be punctual to work and adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled and special projects
- Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as outlined by management
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include:
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of client service under high volume and pressure
- Commitment to client service and high-quality standards in grammar, punctuation, and written business acumen
- Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication style
- Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
- Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
- Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with experience in e-commerce and online shopping preferred
- Experience in windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools, is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 words per minute
- Must be flexible and able to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts

To work as a remote beauty advisor for arenaflex, you will need to have the following technical equipment and meet the following requirements:
- Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks are not allowed)
- Dual Core 1.2 GHz or better processor
- 40 GB or more of available space and 100 GB or more of total space
- 8 GB of RAM or better
- Windows 10 Professional operating system
- Two available USB 2.0 or greater ports
- Dual monitors with 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution and 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
- Hard-wired internet connection with a minimum of 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
