About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for insurance or financial services
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn new software and systems
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
- A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Minimum equipment requirements, including a hard drive with 20 GB or more of available space, an operating system of Windows 10 or Mac with a minimum i5, and a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
- Must reside in the United States and pass a background check
