You will also be the client advocate, creating plans for the best client outcome, and ensuring that our clients receive ideal assistance and declarations during IRROPS. As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be working collaboratively with various departments, including airport operations, flight operations, and the customer service center, to constantly improve processes and drive the development of IRROPS arrangements and cycles.
