In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You'll work closely with our management team to receive feedback and coaching, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide knowledgeable answers and resolve customer issues efficiently. With a scripted customer feedback system in place, you'll be confident in your responses and able to provide peace of mind to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff can be beneficial, as these roles often require strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection, as well as a GED or high school diploma. Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills is essential, as you'll be using our systems to manage customer interactions and update records.
