Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with AAA Life Members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing an outstanding experience through exceptional service and building trust.
- Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in various situations, ensuring empathetic resolution and accurate information.
- Handle customer concerns effectively, utilizing available resources and maintaining records of all interactions and changes.
- Confidentially manage policy owner information, ensuring compliance and communication standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in the insurance or call center industry.
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- A high school diploma; some college-level coursework is preferred.
- Reliable internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload, and the ability to support a VPN.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:
- Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products.
