Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the tasks of Tesla's offices program, leveraging industry knowledge of facilities operations cycles and repairs/support. Your primary focus will be on delivering the highest level of service experience to clients, while also demonstrating a strong ability to build business relationships with third-party suppliers and resolve challenging issues with minimal direction. As a key member of the Regional Workplace team, you will collaborate with a diverse network of service providers to execute repairs, maintenance, and capital upgrades across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Address the forefront of Tesla's Regional Workplace group, working closely with a diverse network of service providers to implement repairs, maintenance, and capital upgrades across multiple regions.
- In close collaboration with Field Authority, identify, scope, and secure necessary approvals to execute various capital upgrades in an open-area setting.
- Assist in supporting Tesla's Regional Workplace team on various projects and strategic initiatives, including new site opening activities, such as inception of recurring services and setting up locations for sustained success.
- Ensure proactive and responsive resolution of routine and emergency requests; participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships that drive cost efficiency, speed, and quality results for Tesla Sales, Service, Delivery, and Energy/Warehousing areas.
Qualifications and Requirements
