Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and validate provider information from external sources for system updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Apply knowledge and experience to verify provided information, maintaining high data quality standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of provider records in the computer system, emphasizing precision and timeliness.
- Conduct regular audits of loaded provider records to ensure quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback when necessary.
- Support system/health plan integration efforts, training existing staff and new hires as needed.
- Assist in system-related testing activities, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and optimize system performance.
- Maintain reliable attendance based on the agreed-upon schedule, adhering to blithequark's policies and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.
- Understanding and compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
- Willingness and ability to learn internal systems, particularly QNXT.

- 1+ year of managed care experience.
