Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound communication (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) from our client's members regarding their insurance needs, providing expert guidance and support.
- Utilize knowledge of personal lines insurance to help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the customer's needs, asking clarifying questions to gather more information and presenting the customer with a resolution.
- Correspond with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations.
- Execute various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks, adhering to performance metrics and quality standards.
- Maintain member privacy and confidentiality, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and discretion.
Essential Qualifications
- Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License.
