About the Job

We're seeking a highly autonomous, customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the client delivery experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our client success team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop a product strategy for the InHome client experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push the boundaries of customer experience, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
- Analyze outcome data and key metrics to identify wins and areas for improvement, presenting findings effectively to leadership.
- Define product KPIs and adjust the product strategy to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct client research, translating customer needs into product requirements and business impact.
- Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring that client concerns are heard and addressed across the organization.
- Launch new features on time and with high quality, including testing and QA.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Specialty in product design for client experience, from conception to launch.
- Experience driving product vision and go-to-market strategies.
