Job Overview: Principal, Strategy Consulting

We are seeking an exceptional Principal, Strategy Consulting to join our team of talented professionals. As a Principal, you will operate autonomously, managing teams, client relationships, and business development with limited direction from our CEO & Founder. You will be responsible for identifying critical strategic issues, creating team problem definitions, and overseeing the delivery of high-impact solutions to our clients. With a focus on bespoke innovation, sales, and marketing strategy, purpose-driven transformation, and embedded strategy and operations roles, you will contribute to the growth and success of our clients while developing your own skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the most critical strategic issues facing clients and develop tailored solutions to address these challenges
• Create team problem definitions, hypothesis trees, work plans, and rosters that structure client problems into key analyses and work streams
• Oversee team members to ensure the creation of work plan deliverables on time and on budget
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships, including facilitating client decision-making and presenting findings to clients
• Contribute to business development activities, including identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and drafting proposals
• Recruit and develop talent to ensure the growth and success of our team
• Participate in Artemis activities beyond case work, including strategy development, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 5 years of strategic management consulting experience, ideally at a top-tier consulting firm
• Manager-level experience at a top-tier consulting firm (or equivalent experience in team/client management)
• Ability to scope, execute, and deliver client projects on time and on budget
• Excellent advisory, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree preferred
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment with occasional light travel required for client interactions
