We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing support to policyholders with billing questions, concerns, and policy changes.
