About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and native-level English-speaking individual to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist. As a CSS, you will be responsible for making warm and friendly calls to past clients on behalf of our clients, expressing gratitude for their business, and politely requesting a 5-star review on Google. This is a fully remote, part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to past clients using a provided script, ensuring a friendly and high-energy tone on every call
- Thank clients for their business and kindly ask for a Google review, sending the review link via SMS during the call
- Stay on the call when possible to ensure the review is completed, providing assistance and answering any questions the client may have
- Log outcomes for internal tracking, maintaining accurate records of calls made and reviews collected
- Follow up with clients who have promised but haven’t yet reviewed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and review completion
Your Goal
Your primary objective will be to generate at least 5 reviews per hour, maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic tone on every call. This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to express gratitude and encourage satisfied clients to share their positive experiences with others.

Ideal Candidate
