Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing professional phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all approvals and denials, as well as transferring clinical questions and judgment calls to our pharmacists. If you have a strong background in customer service, preferably in healthcare or a similar field, and are certified as a Pharmacy Technician (or willing to obtain certification), we encourage you to apply.
