Job Overview
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing empathetic and professional support to members, providers, and pharmacies. Key Responsibilities

- Spend approximately 90% of your time on the phones, providing exceptional customer service and support to members and stakeholders
- Seek approval for overrides and prior authorizations as needed, entering them into the claims system with accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits and operations
