**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including greeting them, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, and ensuring accuracy and quality control
* Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of hazardous waste
* Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and performing cycle counts
* Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information
* Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6 months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar company
* Strong numerical skills and ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with pharmacy software and systems
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
