As part of our continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Pharmacy Coordinator to join our prescriber assessment team in a remote capacity. Position Overview

Are you a detail-oriented pharmacy professional with a passion for compliance, data analysis, and ensuring patient safety? In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the prescriber assessment process, reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering internal and external prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings within specific time frames. You will play a key role in generating communications through COMPASS and RHM systems while assisting with ad hoc reporting for the prescriber assessment team and contributing to displays for the Integrity and Patient Safety teams.
