* Conveying information effectively, exercising active listening, and making sound judgments and decisions using logic and reasoning to identify and solve problems
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues and ensure accurate and timely payment
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and billing information
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Required:**
+ One year of experience in a healthcare setting
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to analyze complex information and make sound judgments
+ Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools
* **Desired:**
+ One year of experience in a call center or healthcare setting with emphasis on experience regarding insurance, patient billing, and other office-related duties
+ High School Diploma or GED
