With a strong focus on employee growth and development, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and success. **The Role** As a Part Time REMOTE Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring excellent customer service while working from home. This role involves: * Answering customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshooting 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails. * Building and maintaining excellent customer service and identifying when technical support is needed. * Providing clear and concise communications and following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times. * Working with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. * Tracking, routing, and escalating unresolved issues to management. * Remaining current on process updates and technology used within the company. * Performing duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. * Performing other duties as directed by management. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma * A reliable internet connection * Experience in a call center environment (a plus) * Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems * The ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service * The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills * Demonstrated professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion * The ability to navigate through multiple systems **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Knowledge of document handling equipment and services * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour * Flexible scheduling with up to 30 hours per week * Opportunities for career growth and development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities * A comprehensive benefits package, including holiday pay based on hours worked per day **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
