Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-Time Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Compliance and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, their drivers, and candidates in understanding and complying with D.O.T. and FCRA regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to execute employment verification procedures in accordance with company and federal guidelines.
- Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks.
- Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services.
- Stay informed about Foley's services and the compliance requirements pertinent to the industry.
- Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain your understanding of Regulations and Foley products and services through continuous learning.
- Support Department of Transportation compliance activities.
- Enhance the company's positive image and provide exceptional customer service to associates and customers.
- Strict adherence to the applicable federal laws and company policies and procedures are a must.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote Work Experience: Consistent internet connectivity with prior remote work experience.
- Flexibility: Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week.
- Task Management: Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while conducting outbound calls.
- Customer Service: Experience in and the aptitude to provide exceptional customer service.
- Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, along with the capability to effectively utilize internal systems.
- Confidentiality: Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating professionalism.
- Integrity: Strong work ethic and exceptional integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the requirements listed above, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with D.O.T. and FCRA regulations.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, data entry, and other relevant technical skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
