• Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Essential Qualifications

To be a successful Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
• Availability to work a variety of work shifts
