The Part-Time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, addressing inquiries about our transportation services, and providing support in English (with Spanish fluency being a plus). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. As a representative of arenaflex, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism, adhere to HIPAA and compliance protocols, and ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI).
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience, as well as a High School degree or equivalent. You must be able to sit for 4 hours or more a day, wearing a headset, and have a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts. Additionally, you will need to have a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps, to ensure reliable connectivity and efficient communication.
