You will be responsible for supporting families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, educating them on program regulations and expectations, and providing ongoing support and guidance. Key Responsibilities

• Support families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved.
• Educate Host Families and Au Pairs on program regulations and expectations, providing clear guidance and support to ensure compliance and understanding.
• Conduct in-home interviews and orientations for new families and Au Pairs, building strong relationships and establishing a foundation for success.
• Provide ongoing monthly check-ins via phone and in-person meetings, offering support and guidance to families and Au Pairs and addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
• Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cultural exchange and community engagement and providing opportunities for Au Pairs to connect with their host communities.
• Collaborate with the blithequark headquarters team to ensure the program's success, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies.
• Assist with conflict resolution and provide support to families and Au Pairs during challenges, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues and promote positive outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach to expand the program in your area, building relationships with local organizations and promoting the benefits of cultural exchange to potential host families and Au Pairs.

Essential Qualifications

While formal education credentials are not required, a background in childcare or cultural studies is advantageous. You should have:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, Au Pairs, and community partners.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity for independent work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for cultural exchange and childcare, with a passion for supporting families and Au Pairs and promoting positive outcomes.
• Access to a home computer/laptop, internet connection, and a vehicle, with the ability to work remotely and travel to meetings and events as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

This position operates as an Independent Contractor (1099) with a part-time schedule of approximately 1.4 hours per week, with significant growth potential. Compensation is performance-based, starting at up to $4,500/year for a small caseload, with the opportunity to grow your earnings up to $9,300/year as you expand your network. In addition to competitive compensation, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, build strong relationships with families and Au Pairs, and contribute to the success of a leading cultural exchange program.

Training and Onboarding

We provide comprehensive training designed to equip you for success, including:

• Initial Training (First 2 Months): Covers program regulations, policies, and core responsibilities, including online learning and mentorship (Approx. 4 hours per week, paid training).
• Advanced Training (6-Month Mark): Focuses on the matching process and advanced support strategies (Approx. 3.5 hours per week, paid training).
