Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will work in the evenings, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. This is a part-time position that requires under 4 hours of work per shift, with an hourly wage of $15-$20. Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring long-term loyalty and retention.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience.
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
