At arenaflex, we are committed to your growth and development. As a new member of our team, you will receive one week of paid training, working four hours per day, Monday through Friday, at a rate of $15 per hour. Upon completion of training, your hourly rate will increase to $17 per hour, reflecting your value to our team and our investment in your success.
