Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone calls, emails, or chat to address delivery-related concerns and provide solutions.
- Document package delivery flows into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer issues, escalating problems as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing at 30 wpm (including 10 key).
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
