**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
