Your tasks will include: * Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery * Processing and submitting customer quotes * Investigating and resolving customer concerns * Answering phone calls and responding to emails * Providing exceptional customer service and support You will be the face of arenaflex, and your professionalism, kindness, and patience will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers. Whether you're answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you will always put yourself in the customer's shoes and listen carefully to their needs. **Qualifications for an Order Management Specialist** * 2 years of customer service experience * Experience in the fastener, distribution, or manufacturing industries is helpful * Exceptional customer service and phone skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Comfortable talking on the phone * Enjoy building relationships with people * Team-oriented * Creative problem-solving skills Don't worry if you don't have experience in the fastener industry – we will train the right person in the technical aspects of our business.
