Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all required document types, while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and adhering to strict deadlines.

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with production-related experience preferred. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. Additionally, you should be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time.
