Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Online Research Participants and Customer Service Support Specialists. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to participate in online discussions, complete surveys, and provide feedback on various topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. Responsibilities
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and timely participation process
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions, and engage in discussions with other participants and moderators
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel, and provide honest and detailed feedback on the topics discussed
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss your experiences and opinions prior to the meeting date
- Collaborate with our team to provide excellent customer service support, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the research process
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Either a smart phone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop to participate in online discussions and complete surveys
- Access to a reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted participation in online research activities
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics, and a willingness to share your honest opinions and experiences
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, and to communicate effectively with our team and other participants
