Key Responsibilities

• Teach 25-minute, 1-on-1 online English classes to Chinese students aged 3-12 years old
• Follow our original U.S. elementary school curriculum, with prepared lesson plans and in-class activities
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per month, with peak hours between 17:00 PM-21:30 PM China time
• Maintain a fixed schedule and arrange your working time with caution and a sense of responsibility
• Use a computer, stable and high-speed internet connection, webcam, and headset to deliver high-quality online lessons
• Provide feedback and support to students, and continuously evaluate and improve your teaching methods

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (majoring in English and/or Education is an asset)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., Canada, or UK (we only accept applications from applicants with a BA degree obtained from these countries)
• 1 year of teaching experience (either online or offline, public school or private education institution)
• Legal working age
• Teaching certificate, state certification, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or PGCE

• 2+ years of teaching experience, with a focus on online teaching
