Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Thoroughly reviewing loan applications through various software systems

- Creating and updating records
- Identifying client needs and exploring available options to provide personalized solutions
Required Qualifications
