About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the go-to expert for our free-to-play mobile games, managing player tickets, and collaborating with our support engineers to resolve technical issues. You will engage with a diverse player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Your excellent communication skills in German, English, and Russian will enable you to provide top-notch support to our players, and your research skills will help you come up with innovative solutions to enhance our support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets, and collaborating with support engineers
- Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance in German, English, and Russian
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner, collaborating with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
- Use research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services
- Collaborate with the development team to improve game quality and player experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, features, and technical requirements
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written
- A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise
- Experience playing mobile games is preferred, but not essential
