Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently.
• Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring that players receive timely and effective support.
• Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to provide seamless solutions.
• Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions and enhance our support services, ensuring that we continuously improve and exceed player expectations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to grasp new ideas quickly, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry.
• Experience playing mobile games is preferred, with a deep understanding of the gaming community and the importance of providing exceptional customer support.
