Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service and empathy to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

- Gather and review patient billing and medical information, working closely with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Call Center experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Active internet connection already installed at your home, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX, as part of the onboarding process.
- Residency in the Dallas/Irving Area is mandatory.
