**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our remote team, supporting our Regional Marketing Department with all aspects of backorder management. This is a 3+ month contract role with possible extension, offering a unique opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Weekly backorder reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data analysis
* Creation and circulation of customer letters regarding backordered products, showcasing exceptional communication skills
* Liaising with Sales Force, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to address customer order inquiries and substitute products
* Emergency escalation allocation and portal maintenance, demonstrating your ability to think critically and act swiftly
* Tracking global allocation quantities vs. projected allocations, utilizing basic Excel functions and data entry skills
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in marketing, supply chain, or customer service, with a proven track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and supply chain partners
* Proficiency in basic Excel functions, data entry, and Salesforce (SFDC) software
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the medical device industry or a related field
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Certification in marketing, supply chain, or customer service (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or APICS)
