**Responsibilities**
As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing orders for assigned customers with accuracy and efficiency
* Providing timely and accurate communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Daily follow-up on open orders to ensure timely execution and resolution of any issues
* Monitoring delays, interruptions, and rush orders, and adjusting accordingly to meet deadlines
* Following up on export and packaging planning schedules to ensure customer products are processed within the lead time requested
* Problem-solving ad hoc internal and external issues, providing creative solutions to complex challenges
* Improving the efficiency of processes from a quality, cost, and timing perspective, driving continuous improvement and innovation
* Participating in the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and stock analysis to inform business decisions
* Acting as a backup for colleagues when needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
* Maintaining close and transparent communication with all teams on a daily basis, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
* Active participation in weekly internal and external meetings, staying informed and contributing to discussions
* Participating in any required training to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhering to all client work and safety rules, prioritizing the well-being of customers, colleagues, and the environment
**Additional Job Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years of logistics experience, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
* Strong Excel knowledge, with the ability to analyze data and drive insights
* Proximity to the facility, with a commute time of approximately 40 minutes or less
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* SAP knowledge and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience, with the ability to navigate complex systems and technologies
**Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**
As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be required to wear:
