**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform.
**Responsibilities:**
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.

**Experience:**
