**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be an essential part of our customer service team, working closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our solutions.

**Experience**
