We are now looking for a talented and experienced Live Chat Support Agent to join our team in Denver, CO, working remotely from anywhere in Colorado.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat Support Agent to provide critical assistance to our clients using chat tools, following our standard operating procedures. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for a mobile application, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system. Location: Denver, CO - REMOTE

Duration: 8 months with possible extensions

Work Schedule: Training Monday - Friday 9AM - 6 pm, 3 weeks of training. Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM Permanent schedule after training
