About the Role

As a Junior Geographic Information Systems Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in creating geographic data for assigned areas, designing computer-generated maps and reports, and providing administrative support to our regional dealmakers. Key Responsibilities

Design computer-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned regions using MapInfo, as requested by regional dealmakers.
Process requests and orders directly from arenaflex clients for market strategy guides and presentation materials.
Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and interpretation of data as assigned.
Provide administrative support to regional dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative requirements as needed.
Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, greeting office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, and ordering office supplies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as GIS or a related discipline.
General knowledge of geographic information systems and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
