About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional inbound customer care to Italian-speaking customers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Offer expert advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring that customers have a smooth and satisfactory experience
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and understanding, providing personalized support and solutions as needed
- Work efficiently to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members or other departments as required
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standards
- Utilize technology and systems, including ticketing systems, to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to improve our services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer service
- Self-organized, with planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations, remaining calm and composed
- Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly, with familiarity with ticketing systems and other software applications

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or role
