Key Responsibilities

• Plan and foster top-notch content for versatility, reliability, and execution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
• Take care of complicated Splunk issues utilizing your insight into cutting-edge searching and dashboarding, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Carry out integrations with outside applications and frameworks as needed, ensuring seamless data flow and analysis.
• Advance and teach our client community on Splunk search, alert, and dashboard best practices, promoting a culture of data-driven decision making.
• Attempt everyday functional and community support, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' needs are met.
• Perform data understanding, ordering, and enhancement, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage data articles, such as fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow actions, aliases, and macros, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Arrange list-based reports and data model acceleration, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience should include at least 3 years of creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk, with a strong understanding of Splunk's Basic XML System and application structure.
• Experience should also include scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or other), as well as knowledge of regular expressions, driving insights with data and Splunk products, and making dashboards in Dashboard Studio.
• Strong understanding of Ansible and Git, as well as web architecture, is required, with experience working collaboratively and communicating with application groups to drive innovative answers for corporate data collection to enterprise logging platforms.
• Ability to handle complex Splunk organization issues utilizing knowledge of automation, scripting, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise, with experience creating, testing, and deploying various Splunk configurations and Splunk technology add-ons.
• Strong ownership and driving of Splunk system and data organization best practices, including data onboarding, with experience helping with the creation of advanced dashboards, reports, alerts, and other data objects in Splunk to drive value across the organization.
