About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing product recommendations to meet their needs.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive revenue growth.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other sales tools.
