Job Overview
This role is an integral part of the HR Shared Services team, serving as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests to fulfillment. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you will collaborate with local and global talent groups to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, guaranteeing seamless and efficient operations.
- Provide support for applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on delivering their best work.
- Explore new tools and techniques that can be implemented to simplify, optimize, and automate work across the Talent organization, driving innovation and process improvement.
- Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of the HR knowledge base for employees, serving as a valuable resource for information and guidance.
- Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, to ensure a comprehensive and supportive employee experience.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to inform process improvements.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB), with the ability to efficiently manage and process large datasets.

- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
