A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM - 8 PM EST. You will conduct outbound calls and emails using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging.
