Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Pay: $14.50 per hour.
- Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance, recognizing and rewarding your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.
- Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour, acknowledging the value of language skills and cultural diversity in our customer service and support operations.
- Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour based on attendance and performance, recognizing and rewarding your language skills, cultural competence, and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
