Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized support to our clients, addressing their travel needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create Unforgettable Travel Experiences: Go above and beyond to tailor travel arrangements that meet and exceed our clients' expectations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
- Stay Ahead of Global Travel Trends: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest travel industry developments, including new destinations, travel restrictions, and emerging trends.
- Effective Communication & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Booking & Travel Arrangements: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Travel Deals & Discounts: Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest travel promotions, discounts, and package offers.
- Customer Inquiry & Complaint Handling: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely resolutions and follow-up support.
- Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Record Keeping & Supplier Relationships: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
