Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy services to adolescents (13-17) and adults (18+) via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
- Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, maintaining a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
- Engage with clients in a timely and responsive manner, ensuring high-quality care and support
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- Participate in testing and supporting new products, including our digital EAP, and provide feedback to improve therapist experience
- Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor to discuss cases, best practices, and professional development
- Obtain additional professional licensure in state(s) assigned by the company, as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the organization
About You: Essential Qualifications
- Experience and comfortability in treating both adolescents and adults
- Minimum education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science (in addition to licensure)
- Current New York licensure: LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
- Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
- Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
- Reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing)

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $95,000, based on experience and licensure. Our comprehensive benefits package and perks include:
