Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time remote Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for receiving and handling English inbound calls, placing outbound calls to existing clients and customers, and providing exceptional support to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle English inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective support.
- Place outbound calls to existing English-speaking clients and customers, building relationships and driving satisfaction.
- Answer questions from customers, forward messages to clients, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet Quality Assurance requirements and key performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and clients.
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work varying shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
- English language proficiency, with excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Leadership skills and experience in a team environment.
Work-from-Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:
