In this full-time remote position, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with over 100+ customers per day, providing empathetic and personalized support in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 to $21.75 per hour, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
